In our annual health check of the NHS, we give every trust in England a rating that consists of two parts – a score for quality of services and a score for use of financial resources. Here you can find out how well the NHS performed in the year from 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008.

We assess whether each trust is meeting the national targets that the Government sets for the NHS. The trust's scores against new and existing government targets contribute to its score for quality of services.
